What is Reflexology?
Reflexology is a safe, non-invasive treatment that compliments other holistic therapies and modern medicine. It is a specific massage of the feet, hands and/or ears. A reflexologist uses different amounts of pressure and techniques to massage the pressure points on the feet, hands and ears, representing the different organs and body systems. When a person has been unwell due to injury, illness or stress, reflexology can help to bring the body back into a state of balance – homeostasis.
